Hi, I take B-12 and B-6 injections, vit c ( ascorbic flush once every 2 months ), efa's, melatonin, and dhea regularly.
i found the dhea and melatonin to be helpful with sleep and the ascorbic flushes always make me feel better.
take care

I hit the B's very hard and also magnesium, coq10, vit C,and lots of fluids.

My doctors told me Vitamins are a waste of money. I find they help...so they can go jump!

has anyone tried a natropath or herbal medicine of any kind?

I've tried a naturapath and herbal medicine a couple of times, and on each occassion they made me feel even worse. So be careful. Have you ever been taught to you use a pendulum?
I use one now on everything I take and it works. Don't understand how, but it works.

Hi,

I've done B12 shots, vitamin C IV therapy as well as a variety of different shakes, juices and supplement pills. Nothing has worked for me until recently I started eating a healthy chocolate called Xocai (sho-sigh). It has unprocessed cacao powder in it which retains an enormous amount of antioxidants which fight free radical damage. After eating 3 servings a day of this chocolate for 3 months straight, I noticed a dramatic difference for the first time since I was diagnosed 16 years ago. I have so much energy and my immune system seems to be a lot stronger too. I don't catch everything that comes around. I'm also sleeping better at night and was able to go off my diabetes medication. I don't know for sure how or why it worked for me this way, but I can't even begin to describe how much this has changed the quality of my life. I'm now an independent distributor of the product because I can get it wholesale. If you're interested in learning more about it, you can check out this website http://www.thinkxocai.com. Good luck! :)
